Shipping Policy

Each item on contains shipping information associated with that item.

This information tells you how quickly items are expected to be ready to leave our warehouses.

Please note that this information does not indicate when items will arrive at their final destination, because we use various courier services to dispatch the items. The final delivery time depends on the courier service. We at have hired the best of the courier services but due to unavoidable circumstances, it may get delayed.

We provide the tracking ID and courier company details so that customers can track the items on their own. Once the item is received by courier service then the sole responsibility lies with the courier company to deliver, however, we make complaints to the courier service providers on behalf of customers, if we receive any complaints from customers.

The timeframe to ship an item, when the merchandise is available at our local warehouses is 1 - 4 business days. But we try to do it before that time. Sometimes it may happen that some item is not available, we courier it as and when it is available in our warehouse and we bear the additional charges.

Shipping charges depend on the number of items purchased per order number. 

For international couriers, we only take shipping charges but the duties and taxes of any other nature, if applicable, are to be borne by the customer. We don’t take responsibility for those duties or taxes as it differs from country to country.

Our e-content, if bought , does not require any shipping charges, and we deliver the services electronically by means of email or SMS.
